Xi Jinping as 'Bat-man', the man who allowed the Wuhan virus to spread
The artist who created the poster often satirises world leaders. His work, popular in Stockholm and around the world, has charged with being "racist". The silences in Beijing and the delays in an investigation into the origin of the virus.
Stockholm (AsiaNews / Agencies) - President Xi Jinping in the role of the comic hero Batman, but above all as "Bat-man", "man-bat", the source animal – according to many scientists - of the virus that created the pandemic that is ravaging the world.
Xi is depicted as "Bat-man" in a poster created by an artist who publishes his works on an "Iron Art Works" site. The poster has been hanging in several Stockholm restaurants for months and the image has now gone global.
Yet, recently one influencer named Bryanboy branded the poster "racist" because it causes people to despise Asians.
The author's response was not long in coming, explaining that he often satirises world leaders. “"My intention was only to make a fool of Xi [Jinping]/CCP [Chinese Communist Party] NOT to make a racist comment that hurt a lot of people, but I accidentally did, and I again apologise to you who feel that way.”
It is now evident that it is precisely the pyramid structure of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) power chain that has caused the worldwide spread of the virus. Discovered in Wuhan as early as November 2019, the Party silenced doctors and scientists who denounced its presence and delayed the announcement of human-to-human transmission until January 20, 2020. In addition to the CCP, many countries also criticize the World Health Organization (WHO), which allegedly yielded to the wishes of Xi Jinping.
Last May, at least 194 WHO member countries voted on a resolution to launch an independent investigation into the origin of the pandemic "as soon as possible". But Beijing is delaying the start of the investigation and has not yet given approval on the composition of the team that should collect and study the data in Wuhan, the epicenter of the pandemic.
