The Tulay ng Kabataan Foundation, headed by Fr Matthieu Dauchez, is helping children. The Archdiocese and the Foundation want to correct the false belief that Catholics must pay to receive the Sacraments. In 21 years, the Foundation has helped over 55,000 children, including the Servant of God Darwin Ramos.
